Which of the following cosmetic medical procedures has actress Lara Flynn Boyle undergone?

Lara Flynn Boyle has had at least:
- Lip injections with dermal fillers, or perhaps lip implants.
- Possibily cheek implants too.
During his recent online chat, Newport Beach-based plastic surgeon Sundine said Boyle has had “either a lip implant or overdone filler. Looks like she may have had cheek implants as well.”
Why would she and so many other celebrities go to cosmetic doctors to make their lips look too big?
“I don’t know why Hollywood women need to overdo plastic surgery,” Sundine said. “Are they all trying to achieve an Angelina Jolie look?”
“I don’t understand the psychology involved…but every procedure seems to be overdone.”
Plastic surgeon and blogger Dr. Tony Youn has a different diagnosis:
I can only think of one medical reason why her face would be this puffy: steroids. If she is not on steroids for some particular reason (rheumatoid arthritis or other auto-immune disease) then it is very likely her plastic surgeon has been a bit over-zealous with fat grafting, Sculptra, or even liquid silicone injections, like what Priscilla Presley has had.
The Make Me Heal Web site, which usually is quick to suggest that celebrities have had cosmetic surgery, proposes that Boyle’s puffiness might be simply a weight gain after years of dieting.
